The Pantanal, Emas National Park and the headwaters of Rio Araguaia, the Bodoqueña plateau, Iguaçu, and the Atlantic Rainforest are the areas portrayed in this gallery. Although hardly any of these lands are protected by national parks, wilderness and wildlife have in many places found a way to co-exist with humans in human-dominated landscapes.
